Dr. Dolly is mentored by 9 year SCORE veteran, Paula Pagonakis of the Central Virginia SCORE Chapter. Dr. Dolly was referred to Paula from one of her many other SCORE mentees and the two women have worked closely to create a winning relationship for both Dr. Dolly and Ms. Pagonakis. Mentor Pagonakis says of Dr. Dolly “Dr. Garnecki is very coachable. She knows how to identify and utilize available resources so I often get a phone call from her looking to bounce some ideas around. Dr. Garnecki is always bursting with energy and ideas and we often need to prioritize and direct her efforts in the most productive areas and delegate the others. As you can see, Dr. Dolly is not only a leader in her field; she is a leader in our community as well.” For your own Central VA SCORE Mentor click here.
